Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) for enabling access to content are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and regulate the relationship between HEETS MEDIA PTE. LTD (hereinafter “Content Provider”) and the user of the service (hereinafter “User”).

HEETS MEDIA PTE. LTD is a duly registered company with the address: 160 ROBINSON ROAD, #14-04, SINGAPORE 068914, SINGAPORE. You can contact us by email: heets.ba@silverlines.info.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a public offer, and the User may accept them only if accepted in full. The User may accept these Terms and Conditions by purchasing Content in the manner described in Section 2 of these Terms and Conditions.

Access

1.1. By accessing and/or using this website and/or registering for the service, you declare that you are at least eighteen years old. If you are not the person responsible for paying the mobile phone or internet bill, or if you are under eighteen years old, you must obtain permission from your bill payer, parent, guardian, or employer before registering and/or using the Services.

1.2. By registering and/or using the Services, you (1) confirm that you have obtained, where applicable, the required permission, consent, or approval from the bill payer, parent, guardian, or employer, and (2) confirm that you are able to read and accept the Terms and Conditions (including your mobile operator’s terms) applicable to the Service before registering. If you disagree, do not register or use the Services.

1.3. By registering and/or using the Service, you confirm that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions and are bound by the terms applicable to your situation. You agree that any person requesting such Services is your representative with full authority to act on your behalf regarding these Services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any new or additional features that enhance or expand the current Services, including the release of new Services, are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.4. By accessing and/or using this website, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by the Content Provider unless otherwise stated.

1.5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the rights or obligations under the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Description of Content Subscription

2.1. The Content Provider grants the User, for the duration of the subscription, access to fitness videos (hereinafter “Content”) located on the Content Provider’s website https://ba.squeedio.com/, to be used on a smartphone or any other compatible device.

2.2. If the User does not cancel the subscription, it will automatically renew until it is terminated by the User.

2.3. To access the service, enter your number and confirm registration by entering a PIN for BH Telekom, or send the keyword SQU to 0651388 for mtel customers.

Terms of Use

3.1. The Content Provider delivers the Content to the User in the manner prescribed by these Terms and Conditions.

3.2. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm your legal capacity to place an order in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

3.3. The User who wishes to receive Content must have the necessary equipment to place an order and receive the Content.

3.4. The User confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that they meet all listed requirements.

3.5. The Content Provider is fully responsible for compliance of the Content with the regulations set by the mobile operator.

Cancellation Method

4.1. The User may cancel their subscription to the Service if they no longer wish to use it.

4.2. The User should cancel the Service independently by sending STOP to 06202020 for BH Telekom or STOP SQU to 0651388 for mtel. The User may also cancel the subscription by calling customer service at +387 3730 7900 or emailing heets.ba@silverlines.info. Customer support hours are 09:00–17:00.

Price

5.1. The subscription price is 6 KM per week, 3 KM/SMS, 2 SMS per week for BH Telekom, and 4 KM per week, 2 KM/SMS, 2 SMS per week for mtel with standard operator charges.

Limitation of Liability of the Content Provider

6.1. The Content Provider is not responsible for:
a. transmission failures;
b. connection interruptions;
c. deletion of messages or subscription data;
d. unavailability of the online platform;
e. data transmission delays;
f. communication line interruptions;
g. theft of funds;
h. destruction of data by third parties;
i. unauthorized access to data;
j. data manipulation;
k. data abuse.

6.2. The Content Provider is also not responsible for the content of outgoing messages, as they cannot be checked for content. The author is responsible for the message content. Exclusion or limitation of liability does not apply to losses involving health damage, life-threatening situations, or those resulting from serious breaches by the Content Provider or its legal representatives or agents. Liability is limited to reported damages. Liability under product liability laws for damages caused by defective products remains unchanged.

Restrictions

7.1. If the User’s equipment does not support the required format to play or view the Content, access cannot be guaranteed.

7.2. The User may use the Content only for personal purposes and must not distribute, sell, or provide it to third parties.

7.3. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to all the restrictions listed above.

7.4. If the User does not wish to use the Content under these restrictions, they may cancel the subscription as described in Section 4.

User Responsibilities

8.1. The User must keep login information and mobile devices secure and not provide them to third parties.

8.2. In case of loss of access data and/or mobile phone, the User must immediately notify the Content Provider and block the mobile phone with their mobile operator.

8.3. The User agrees to indemnify the Content Provider against claims and obligations toward third parties related to violations of third-party rights by participants or unlawful content. This includes legal enforcement costs.

Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. Unless stated otherwise, all rights, ownership, and interest in any intellectual property developed, contained, embodied, or used in connection with any Service belong to the Content Provider or its licensors.

9.2. The User is granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to download and use the Services on a compatible device for personal, non-commercial use only.

9.3. You may not modify, rent, lease, sell, distribute, create, or generate Services and/or intellectual property without express written consent from the Content Provider.

9.4. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you except those explicitly granted.

9.5. All trademarks appearing in the Services belong to the Content Provider or respective owners and are protected by trademark and copyright laws.

9.6. Any use of such marks without written permission is strictly prohibited. HomefitTV is a trademark of the Content Provider.

9.7. Services must not be transferred, sold, distributed, displayed, performed, copied, modified, or used in any way except as described here.

9.8. You guarantee that you will use the Content Provider’s interface solely to access the Services.

9.9. The use of musical works is subject to copyright rules. You must not allow third parties to copy, modify, transmit, distribute, or use musical resources beyond what copyright allows. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

Other Conditions

10.1. Cancelling the Service subscription also cancels the Content subscription.

10.2. If the User terminates the Content subscription, Content may only be provided again after re-subscription.

10.3. Cancelling the Service implies discontinuation of Content use.

10.4. The Content Provider has obtained all necessary permissions for Content use.
